Other content may be subject to specific licenses indicated alongside the content. We respect the intellectual property of content providers and expect users to do the same.

6. Open Data and API Access

We provide open access to our data through our API. API usage is subject to:

  • Rate Limits: Reasonable rate limits apply to ensure fair access for all users
  • Attribution: When using our data, please provide appropriate attribution to Glossa
  • No Misrepresentation: Do not imply official endorsement by Glossa
  • Compliance: Use of API data must comply with applicable laws and these Terms

We reserve the right to modify API access terms or restrict access for abuse.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the platform (such as notes and bookmarks). By storing content on Glossa, you grant us a license to host and display that content to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOSSA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glossa and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:
